Natalie and Juliette struck up a friendship while working at Helen Green Design 18 years ago as Creative Director and Executive Design Director respectively. Natalie went on to run the interior design Studio for Harrods private clients for 5 years as Design Manager. Their vision of having their own Studio became a reality in 2013 when they launched Stephenson Wright.
Their talents complement each other perfectly. Juliette has a relentless eye for detail coupled with an intuitive vision for the overall style direction. She is well versed in global sourcing and can turn her hand to any brief.
Natalie has a natural flair for colour and materials adding a diverse aesthetic to their portfolio. Her strong business acumen and calm managerial command is at the forefront of her approach. Together their extensive experience brings assurance to their clients.
We have been fortunate enough to design on one of the UK’s largest new build private homes, alongside a Mayfair London restaurant and our award winning showroom.

Interior Design
Our Interior Design and procurement services are inclusive of all meetings, design time, planning, estimating, liaising with sub-contractors, site visits and over all installation in connection with the interior scheme.
We work on the basis of providing a full design pack – from concept to installation, in order to ensure all aspects of the design are fully integrated.
The design phase covers:
- Furniture layout planning
- Design concept imagery, fabrics & finishes boards
- Presentation books inc. sketches & concept CAD drawings
- Showroom & workshop visits
- Budget planning
The procurement phase covers:
- Accurate costing for sign off
- Site measure of furniture

Interior Architecture
Our interior architecture service is where we start by setting the scene, together, of how the property will function and feel.
The process results in a fluidity with the interior design aspect as we consider all elements together from the outset, such as:
- Spatial Layouts
- Team project meetings
- Site visits
- Bespoke joinery design
- Hard finishes – Joinery, Flooring, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Spa & Pool
- Specifications- Bathrooms, Finishes, Ironmongery
- Integration- with Kitchen and Bathroom specialists, security teams, audio visual, cinema and lighting designers
Consultation Service
We offer a consultation service on our interior architecture service for new build properties or refurbishments.
This is particularly useful for clients who are looking to phase works or simply just need an expert eye to give clients the confidence they need to make large decisions. This is chargeable on an hourly rate.
